Why am I seeing 'Update Failed' in WebVT?
Occasionally, WebVT users may encounter an error saying the WebVT Updater failed to complete.
This usually occurs when there are multiple versions of PlayoutONE Pro running on different PCs on the same network.
For example, if a station upgraded PlayoutONE Pro on some machines from v4.10 to v5.0, then every PC will need to be updated to v5.0 before the WebVT URL will be updated.
Once all the networked PlayoutONE PCs are running the same version and Monitor has been restarted, WebVT should work as expected.
