What happens to my AI audio quota if I change plans?

RadioNewsAI offers several plans to allow you to choose the option that is the best fit for your station.

If you upgrade plans during your monthly billing period, the cash value of any unused seconds of AI-generated audio will be credited against the cost of the first month of your new plan.

For example, if you were signed up for the Premium plan and you decided to upgrade to the Pro plan, the unused seconds of AI-generated audio are used to reduce the cost of your first month of Pro:

The cost of any unused time from your previous plan is deducted from your first month on the new plan.

Unused seconds from your previous plan's audio allowance do not 'rollover' to your new plan. Once you have reached your included monthly allowance, additional seconds will be billed separately.
