Showhost retirement FAQs

We're sorry to announce that Showhost will be retired later this year.

We hope you've enjoyed using it and know that it's been a useful tool for show prep over the last five years. However, we've made the difficult decision that we're no longer going to support this product.

We won't be taking any further payments, so you have already been billed for the final time. However, you'll be able to continue using your existing Showhost account at no charge until it closes on Tuesday, October 14, 2025.

What happens to my running orders and notes?

After Showhost is retired, any customer data stored in the platform will be permanently removed. If you have any important information you'd like to keep, please ensure it is copied and stored in a safe location before then.

Can I export my running orders or notes?

We're afraid there is no specific tool for exporting your team's data. There are various browser extensions available that can capture the contents of pages, allowing you to manually archive your running orders or notes.

What can I use to plan my shows instead?

There are various other radio prep tools similar to Showhost available.
