What should I do if my mobile app stream has stopped playing?

Please check your mobile app stream is working correctly, as faults with streams are the responsibility of your streaming provider.

Go to the Mobile App section of Aiir, copy the stream URL and paste it into a media player app on your computer, such as VLC player.
Some streams will also play by going to the URL directly in your web browser.

If it plays and you believe the fault is not with your streaming provider but with the mobile app, please contact us.
