Clearing Browser Cache

If you are experiencing issues within WebVT we recommend trying to clear your browser's cache to see if that improves things.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the three dots icon to bring up the Chrome Menu.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Type Cache in the Search Bar
  4. Click Clear Browsing Data

5. Click Basic tab
6. Click Clear Data
7. Close Chrome and Re-open

Firefox

  1. Click the three lines icon to bring up the Firefox Menu.
  2. Select Settings
  3. Type Cache in the Search Bar
  4. Click Clear Data

5. Click Clear
6. Close Firefox and Re-open

Microsoft Edge
