Clearing Browser Cache
If you are experiencing issues within WebVT we recommend trying to clear your browser's cache to see if that improves things.
Google Chrome
- Click the three dots icon to bring up the Chrome Menu.
- Select Settings
- Type Cache in the Search Bar
- Click Clear Browsing Data
5. Click Basic tab
6. Click Clear Data
7. Close Chrome and Re-open
Firefox
- Click the three lines icon to bring up the Firefox Menu.
- Select Settings
- Type Cache in the Search Bar
- Click Clear Data
5. Click Clear
6. Close Firefox and Re-open
