Unblock an email address
If you believe you're no longer receiving emails from Aiir, it may be because our email partner SendGrid has stopped sending to your address for a specific reason. For example, your email server may have been down when they attempted to send an email, or your mailbox was full.
Go to the Support menu and select Unblock an email address to reach our Mail Delivery tool.
Search for your email address, and see if it is listed. If it is found, you should see an explanation for why it is no longer being delivered to. You can remove your email address from the list to resume delivery.
