Image Editor

The Image Editor app is a basic tool for cropping images that have been uploaded to Media Manager.

Here's how to use it.

• Select an image from Media Manager.
• Set the size of the final image, either by choosing a 'preset' or entering your own custom width and height.
• Select the part of the image you'd like to save as a new image. A preview of the final image is shown to the right (or below if it doesn't fit).
• Click 'Save as' to save to Media Manager.

It is not possible to overwrite the original image. Files in Media Manager are cached on servers around the world and on computers that have viewed them, so it is not possible to overwrite a file and ensure it will be visible.
