Adding SMS to Studio Inbox

We've integrated with SMS suppliers in various countries, and we're open to integrating with more if we don't yet have support in your country. As we don't control the whole chain from us to the operator, if a problem occurs it may be the fault of another company.

Data Controller users can obtain logs of messages by going to the Data Control section in the main menu.

North America

In North America we offer SMS on your studio number, and support replying to messages.

UK

In the UK we offer keywords on specific short codes, but cannot support replying to messages. We're unable to obtain messages sent to the short code which don't begin with the keyword(s) you have purchased.

Where supported, you can edit the response message sent back to your listeners by clicking the SMS Services icon in the left-hand icon menu.
