Adding SMS to Studio Inbox
Studio Inbox can integrate with SMS providers in various countries, and we're open to adding more if we don't yet have support in your country.
Contact Aiir Support if you are unsure whether your SMS provider is supported. We're able to work with most providers who provide an API.
Users with Data Controller permissions can view message logs by going to the Data Control section from the Administration option on the main menu.
North America
In North America, we offer SMS on your studio number and support replying to messages. Text Groove, Twilio and Vonage are among the providers previously integrated into Studio Inbox.
UK
In the UK, Cymba offer keywords on specific short codes, but cannot support replying to messages. Studio Inbox can only access messages sent to the short code that begin with the keyword(s) you purchased.
