Why has my iOS mobile app disappeared from the App Store?

The most common reason for an iOS app disappearing unexpectedly from the App Store is because the Apple Developer Program membership has expired.

Membership with Apple must be renewed on an annual basis, and if this isn't taken care of, Apple will remove all apps in the account from their store.

Apple send email alerts to the nominated team agent on the account - we recommend ensuring you keep your account updated, so if there are staff changes in your organisation, you ensure someone will always receive these emails, and is accountable for renewing the membership each year as well as fulfilling any other actions Apple may require (such as signing revised legal agreements).
