Providing Aiir access to mobile developer accounts

To allow Aiir to release and update apps for you, we need access to your Apple and Google developer accounts.

The most secure way of providing us with access is to invite our developer accounts into your "team" on the Apple and Google developer sites.

When you invite Aiir to join your developer accounts, you retain ownership and the responsibility for ensuring they remain in good standing with Apple and Google.

As the account owner, you may occasionally receive emails from Apple or Google advising you of changes required on your account - usually updates to their developer terms and conditions, which need to be accepted.

Please make sure you act on these. If you don't, we may be unable to process app updates, or your app may be pulled from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Here are the steps to invite Aiir to collaborate using your developer accounts:

Your Apple Developer membership must be for an organization.

If your account is for an individual and not an organization, we won't be able to submit your app. Before proceeding, you must contact Apple and request they change your account registration. You can find information and instructions for contacting them on the Apple Developer website. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the section labelled "Can I switch my membership from an individual to an organization?"

  1. Go to the Mobile Apps section of Aiir, select your app and note the email address we provide in the blue box at the top (this will end in You will need it shortly.
  2. Go to App Store Connect and log in if required.
  3. Tap ‘Users and Access’.
  4. Tap the + icon.
  5. In the fields, enter the first name as 'Aiir', the last name as 'iOS' and the email address you located in step 1.
  6. Tick 'Admin' under Roles.
  7. Ensure that 'Access to Certificates, Identifiers and Profiles' under 'Developer Resources' is also ticked.
  8. Tap ‘Invite’.

Your Google Play Developer membership must be for an organization.

If your account is for personal use and not an organization, we won't be able to submit your app.

  1. Go to the Google Play Console and log in if required.
  2. From the main navigation, select 'Users and permissions'.
  3. Tap the menu button to the right (it looks like three dots arranged vertically), and select 'Invite new users'.
  4. In the email address field, enter
  5. Leave "Set access expiry date" unselected.
  6. Under the Permission header, select the 'Account permissions' tab.
  7. Select 'Admin (all permissions)'. If you don't select this, Google don't allow us to create your app for you. If you'd prefer we weren't given this level of access, you will need to create your app first, and then grant permissions to us specifically for that app.
  8. Tap the 'Invite user' button.
