Cancelling your account

If you joined our service directly through our website Aiir.com, you can cancel in our platform.

This option is only available to an owner.

In the main menu, go to "Admin", then under "My Organisation" you'll see a link to "change your subscriptions". Follow this link to either cancel an individual subscription, or your entire account.

If you are a Pro or Enterprise customer, or didn't sign up via our website, please refer to our cancellation terms.
