How do I change the logo?

Great question! Where have you seen the logo which you want to change?

At the top of our website

In the main menu of Aiir, select Template Builder. If you don't see it, you might not have been given access, so you might need to ask an Admin. 

If you have multiple websites, select the website you'd like to update.

You should then see the logo field near the top of the Theme Settings page.

Try clicking on the logo. If it takes you to a page where you can upload a new one, then you're an "owner" of your Aiir account.

If you can't do that, you'll need to ask an Owner for a hand.

Then select "Images and Icons" from the side menu. On a phone, you'll find this menu at the top.

You'll find all the logo fields you need here.

In our mobile app, at the top of the screen

In the main menu of Aiir, select Mobile Apps. If you don't see it, you might not have been given access, so you might need to ask an Admin. 

Then click the "Stations" link at the top.

Select the station you want to update.

Then select "Theme" from the side menu. On a phone, you'll find this menu at the top.

You'll see the Logo field which you need to update.

In the main menu of Aiir, select Mobile Apps. If you don't see it, you might not have been given access, so you might need to ask an Admin. 

Next to the app you'd like to update, click the "Prepare update" button.

This is an opportunity to update other aspects of your app too, which can only be updated if a new version of your app is submitted to Apple and Google.

Select "Icon and Splash Screen" from the side menu. On a phone, you'll find this menu at the top.

Select "I'd like to update the icon or splash screen".

You will then see where you can upload a new logo.

To complete the process, head to the "Review and submit" page on the side menu.

Review the whole page and when you're ready, submit to have your app added to our queue to be processed. You will need to wait for it to be approved by Apple and Google before you see the new logo.
