Issues with WebVT on MacOS 15 Sequoia

Some WebVT users have reported issues recording voice tracks using some audio interfaces since upgrading to the new MacOS 15 Sequoia.

This appears to be a hardware compatibility issue, specifically with how the device's Stereo output interfaces with web browsers through the operating system.

Shortly after the issue was raised, app developers worked to publish updates which avoided the OS component which was no longer compatible.
