VOLUME...

The VOLUME commands are legacy ones, implemented within the Audio Engine to maintain backwards compatibility for stations using it with older versions of PlayoutONE.

PlayoutONE v5 introduced more granular level control, with commands like SET INPUT...

VOLUME "vol"

Sets all players to the specified volume in dBs. For example, VOLUME -15 or VOLUME -40 .

VOLUME 0 would restore all players to full volume.

GET VOLUME

Returns the current volume value for all players in dB, such as -15 or0 for full volume.
