What should I do if the now playing information has stopped updating?
You can access a tool which shows you the last thing we received from your playout / automation system and the time.
Go to the main menu and then Stations. If you don't have access to this section, you'll need to contact one of your colleagues who does.
Look for the station in the list and tap the Now Playing button next to it. Then select the button labelled "Last thing received".
It should make it easier to conclude if the issue is at your end or ours.
If the page shows that we are still receiving information, but it is not updating on your website or apps, contact us and we'll investigate.
