Social Accounts
You can add your Facebook, X and Instagram accounts to Aiir, so that you can:
- Post to your pages/accounts using Social Publisher
- Interact with Facebook posts/comments and Instagram comments in Studio Inbox
Administrators can go to the main menu, then Admin, then Social Accounts to add and remove accounts, and choose who can use them.
Before you can post links to webpages in Social Publisher, you'll need to select a website URL to begin relative links with, for each account / page.
X (formerly Twitter)
To add an X account, you'll need to be logged in to the account first. Follow the instructions for adding an account, and that's all there is to it.
To add a Facebook page, you'll need to be logged in to a regular Facebook account which has Admin access for the page. Once you have authorised the account, you'll be given the option to add pages.
It may be a good idea to create a dedicated Facebook account for this purpose. This will help circumvent issues if the account holder leaves the organisation, or accidentally revoke's Aiir's access.
Instagram is part of Meta (Facebook), so to add an Instagram account to Aiir you must authorise with your Facebook account first.
Your Instagram profile must be a business profile and linked with one of your Facebook pages.
