I work at more than one company that uses Aiir, can I have one account for both?

Yes! You don't need separate accounts for logging in to work with multiple organisations in Aiir.

Here's how to get this set up:

  1. You'll need one account to begin with, so contact your organisation's administrator to get that set up.
  2. Contact us and tell us your account's email address.
  3. You'll then need to ask an administrator at the other organisation to also contact us. They need to give authorisation for us to link your existing account with their organisation.
  4. We'll add the new organisation to your existing account. 
  5. You'll be given access to everything in the organisation by default. If you believe you should have more limited access, speak to an administrator in the new organisation.
