How to run and unschedule a log

Once you have assigned your clocks to your station's template grid, the next step is to schedule your logs.

Scheduling

Simply click the 'Schedule' button on the left side of your Scheduler window, enter the desired date range and hours, and then press 'Schedule'.

You also have the option of setting the pass order, which determines which categories will be populated first.

This process may take a few minutes, depending on the number of days' logs you are scheduling, but you can leave the page and do something else while you wait. All the processing happens on our servers, rather than in your browser.

You'll receive a notification at the top of the Aiir CMS window when your scheduling is complete.

If any spots could not be filled due to a rule conflict, you will be notified in the 'Issues' tab on the left.

Unscheduling

Unscheduling is just as simple. If you need to revert your logs to their original blank state, click on the 'Unschedule' button at the top of the Schedule drawer and specify the date range and hours you wish to unschedule.
