Password Protect Settings

You can set a password to protect the settings menu from unauthorised access. This is useful, particularly in a control room or general user pc.

• Open the PlayoutONE Settings window.
• At the bottom of the General tab, you'll find a password box and a tick box to enable the setting.
• Once you've set your password, click Save on the PlayoutONE Settings window.

When a user now tries to access the settings window, they'll be prompted for the settings password. Please get in touch with support if you forget this password and lose access to your settings menu.
