Restarting PlayoutONE

​Occasionally, there is a need to restart PlayoutONE in the On Air Control Room or Studio.

• Click the close icon (X) in the top-right corner of PlayoutONE.
• You will be prompted that you indeed want to close the application.
• Wait for around 15 seconds for the application to close fully.
• Double-click the PlayoutONE icon on the desktop.
• Once PlayoutONE has fully opened, If you see a countdown, the log will auto-start once the countdown has finished. If you do not see a countdown, right-click on the log and choose Find Nearest To Now. Click Yes when prompted and then click Play.
