Sending Now Playing Metadata to Aiir

Please follow the instructions below to set up PlayoutONE Monitor to send your now playing metadata to the Aiir Platform. We recommend you use this method to update now playing metadata on your Aiir website, mobile app and player.

1. Go to https://on.aiir.com/apps/stations/ and click on the station you wish to set up the metadata on.

2. Click on Now Playing from the left hand menu.

   

3. If an alternative method has been set up, then click on 'Set up new system'. If not, you can skip to step 4.

4. Select PlayoutONE from the dropdown menu of available systems.
5. ​In PlayoutONE Monitor, open the Station Settings and then go to the Metadata Outputs tab.

6. Click on Aiir CMS from the list of available outputs.

   

7. You should enter your ID and Password into Monitor as shown in the Aiir Platform.

   

8. Click Save on the window in Monitor and then save on Station Settings. Monitor will now send metadata to Aiir.
9. Finally, click on Save Changes in the Aiir Platform.
