Migrating PlayoutONE licenses

Occasionally, stations may wish to reinstall their PlayoutONE software on a new computer or need to reinstall it on a clean copy of Windows.

In some cases, you can release the license yourself within our software, or when this isn't possible, Aiir's support team can help you.

PlayoutONE licenses

PlayoutONE licenses are managed by Aiir's support team. Contact us if you need assistance licensing your software.

Just send your license key to support@aiir.com from the original email address the license was purchased with, or if you are unable to email us from the original address, provide proof of purchase.

This is to prevent someone from transferring the license to a new PC without the owner's permission.

Standalone applications

Auto Importer and FileCopy licenses can be released by pressing the 'License' button in the menu bar and then 'Release'.

LiveStream users can go to Settings > License > Release License to allow it to be re-used on a new PC.

Requesting a license reset from Aiir

If you can't release your software license from the current PC, contact Aiir Support at support@aiir.com and we can help.

As with transferring PlayoutONE licenses, we ask that you email from the same address used to originally purchase your license to verify your request. This is to prevent someone from transferring the license to a new PC without the owner's permission.

You can also provide proof of purchase if you are unable to send an email from the original address used.
