Exporting Data From PlayoutONE

To export a tab-delimited file of items in your Media Finder follow the instructions below. 

This process is useful if wanting to import data into other systems.

1. Click in the media finder and press CTRL + A on the keyboard to select all items in the media finder. Alternatively, you can just select items individually that you want to feature in the export list.

2. Right-click on the media finder and choose Export Audio

3. Choose the folder where you wish the export file to be generated to making sure you check the box Export Data Only. 

4. Click Do Export. 

5. Once the export has finished you should find an export file in the folder you selected.
