Why is MusicMaster showing incorrect durations?
Stations which use MusicMaster for their scheduling have occasionally encountered an issue where the duration of an item has been updated incorrectly.
This happens if you use Nexus to integrate PlayoutONE with MusicMaster and the "Set extra as runtime" option is accidentally checked in the Auto Importer job.
If this happens, untick it and open 'bulk operations' from your PlayoutONE Media Finder. Don't make any bulk changes; just re-run the operation, and your tracks should revert to the properties set by MusicMaster.
