Dayparts in Scheduler
Dayparts are used to create rules which can apply across multiple clocks. For example, you may want to have different artist separation rules during your breakfast/morning show than you have on your afternoon/drivetime show.
Dayparts can be the same across every station using your Scheduler library, or bespoke for each one.
🌅 Creating dayparts
Dayparts can be setup during the initial setup process or at any time from your library's Settings page (in the upper-right corner). From the Settings screen, click 'Assign and manage dayparts'.
First, you'll need to create dayparts to assign. You should be taken to the correct page when you first set up dayparts, but if prompted, click 'Add, remove or edit dayparts'.

Click the green 'New Daypart' button to create one. Give it a name and choose your preferred color.
You can create as many dayparts as you need.
📅 Assigning dayparts
Once you have created your dayparts, you can assign them to hours during the week.
If you are on your list of dayparts, click 'Assign them to hours' at the top of the page.
If you are coming from the Settings screen, click 'Assign dayparts to hours'.
You can assign dayparts to a grid, similar to the process for assigning clocks.
To add or change a single hour, click it on the grid and choose 'Change daypart for this hour'.
To assign dayparts to multiple hours/days, click the + button in the upper-right corner of the screen and choose which daypart to apply to which day and hours.
Like clock assignments, the first hour is required while the last hour is optional. If you don't specify a last hour, it will only apply to a single chosen hour. For example, to fill from 9pm to midnight, you would pick 9pm as your first hour and 11pm as your last hour.
Once created and assigned, you can then use dayparts as part of your scheduling rules.
