Switching to Dark Mode

The Aiir platform can switch between colour schemes. Each user can choose between:

• Light (the default look and feel)
• Dark
• Match your OS (Aiir will match your computer's appearance)

To change the colour scheme, click on your username/photo in the upper-right corner of the blue Aiir bar, then click 'Appearance' from the top menu.

From that page, you can choose your preferred way of working in Aiir:

Colour scheme preferences are individually set for each user's Aiir account and cannot be modified by administrators or applied to all users in an organisation.

How does it work with Studio Inbox workspaces?

Previously, we only offered a dark mode option within Studio Inbox, where individual workspaces had a light/dark setting, shared between users.

Right now, if you have Dark Mode set for your Aiir account, this will override showing the light option for any Studio Inbox dashboard.

In the future, we’ll simplify this and remove the per-workspace option and rely exclusively on your user preference.
