Get help logging into Aiir

If you have forgotten your password or need help logging into the Aiir platform, there are a few steps you can try to regain access:

🔐 Reset your password

Go to the Aiir login screen, click "Forgotten your password?" and enter your email address to reset your Aiir password.

If you entered an address associated with an existing user, you will receive a link to log back into your account and update your password.

💬 Ask one of your organisation's Owners or Administrators to help

If you are unable to reset your password, your access to Aiir may have been changed. Speak to one of your organisation's administrators for assistance logging back in.

If you aren't sure who has Owner or Administrator permission within your organisation, have a colleague check the Admin section from the Aiir menu.

Aiir's Support team cannot reset passwords or change permissions within the platform. Organisations manage this internally.

👤 If you are the only user in your organisation, or a previous team member left without choosing a new owner

In the unlikely event that there is no user designated as an Owner within your organisation, or the only Owner has now left the business, the new station manager should contact accounts@aiir.com, providing a copy of your most recent Aiir invoice and some form of official ID (company ID, proof of company directorship etc.)
