Log overview in Scheduler
Aiir Scheduler allows you to see a monthly overview of your scheduled and exported logs, so you can tell at a glance if there are any upcoming issues.
You can open it by:
- tapping your station's name from the Scheduler Dashboard
- clicking the calendar/zoom icon at the top of your station's Logs tab in Scheduler, next to the date and hour of the log you are viewing
- pressing the Logs tab while looking at a specific log
- pressing "See what's already scheduled" on the Schedule/Unschedule drawer tab.
On a laptop or desktop, you can hover over a cell for an explanation of that hour's log. This will also be read by most screen readers.
You can also press the 'Key' button on the upper-right corner of the page to see what each icon represents:
|
As assigned clock This log remains in its default state, following that hour's assigned clock but not yet scheduled. |
|
Scheduled, with unscheduled positions This log has been scheduled, but there are some unscheduled positions. The number indicates how many gaps there are. |
|
Scheduled, with no unscheduled positions This log has been scheduled and does not have any unscheduled positions. |
|
Exported, but changed since This log has previously been exported but has since been modified. |
|
Exported This log has been dispatched to your playout automation system via your Station Output(s). |
|
Exported, with unscheduled positions This log has been exported but contains unscheduled positions. This may or may not be expected behaviour depending on how your station schedules its music. |
|
Reconciled This log has been scheduled, exported, played by your automation system and reconciled back to Aiir Scheduler, allowing any changes from the original scheduled music log to be factored in. |
The overview grid can be navigated using the arrow keys on a keyboard, pressing Enter or Space to open the selected hour's log.
