Migrating a PlayoutONE server
Migrating PlayoutONE from one server to another is a big job that requires Aiir's support team's assistance, so it should be planned well in advance.
Migrations are chargeable projects (as they occupy a team member for several hours, meaning they won't be able to help other customers).
Server migrations cannot be booked online, unlike other support sessions. To book a migration, please email support@aiir.com.
If your PlayoutONE server has failed out of hours, we will endeavour to get you back on air as soon as possible, but emergency migration fees may apply.
