Issues connecting to Aiir platform from PlayoutONE
Occasionally, you may see an error in Auto Importer that PlayoutONE wasn't able to communicate with Aiir Scheduler.
This can be for a number of reasons:
PlayoutONE can't connect to Aiir
You should check your internet connection and network appliances.
PlayoutONE can no longer reach your Scheduler station output
This may be because it has been deleted or the user who logged in via Monitor no longer has access to it. You can go to Monitor and re-authenticate as a different user if needed.
Issues with access tokens
This can be a tricky one to get to the bottom of. Contact our support team for assistance after checking your PC can connect to Aiir, the logged in user still has access, and the station output still exists in Scheduler.
