Why can't I leave Isolation Mode?
If you find PlayoutONE is running in Isolation Mode and you are unable to leave it and return to normal playback, the most common reason is that your on-air PC is waiting for confirmation from Monitor on your server.
When a PC enters isolation mode, it's usually because PlayoutONE on that machine is unable to connect to its server, where your audio files, logs and other broadcast-critical data are stored.
The option to leave Isolation Mode becomes available only after PlayoutONE has re-established a connection to the required server, specifically the Monitor app running on that server.
If you believe you should be able to take an on-air machine out of Isolation Mode, check your network connection to your server and make sure Monitor is running on it. After a few minutes, the "Leave Isolation Mode" button on your on-air machine should be enabled.
