Regenerating WebVT files
Occasionally, you may need to regenerate waveforms and other WebVT files to troubleshoot issues.
On this page, we'll explain how to do that:
- Go to the Media Finder and select the files you need to regenerate from your library.
We recommend doing this on a production machine or server, or overnight, as it can take a while depending on the number of audio files.
- Press the spanner/wrench to open the Bulk Operations screen.
- Press 'Other Functions'.
- Check 'Regenerate WebVT files'.
- Press 'Run Operations'.
After the process is complete, you can close the Bulk Operations window.
