Data retention in Scheduler

In Aiir Scheduler, your logs are stored for a specified data retention period. By default, it is 180 days, but can be shortened to 30 or 90 days, or extended to 365 days.

Once the data retention period has lapsed, any logs from before that time will be permanently deleted.

You can set your preferred retention period in your library's Settings screen.

Records of when logs were exported will only be kept until the last date they cover has passed your specified log retention period.

Scheduler will also keep a record of any issues with logs scheduled in the last 30 days. This range cannot be changed.

Once your library's retention period has passed, on your log overview screen, you will see a prohibited symbol (🚫) indicating the logs for that day are no longer available:

Once logs fall outside your retention period, they can no longer be accessed.
