Sending metadata from LiveStream

Simple options that assist with what you want to happen with the metadata on this encoder.

Don't send Meta / Billboard data for this encoder

Stops the now playing information being sent on this encoder to the streaming server.

Delay Metadata send (Milliseconds)

Allows this encoder to put a delay on the sending of the now playing information so that it can be synchronised tighter with the stream (default 0).
