Time & temperature announcements
PlayoutONE Pro can automatically announce the current time (HH:MM) and current temperature.
Make sure you have followed the steps in this guide to set up the Weather API in Monitor for temperature announcements.
📝 Scheduling announcements
To add a time or temperature announcement, right-click on the log, choose 'Insert' and then 'Announce Temp' or 'Announce Time'.
If you are using the Mix Player, you can use the commands: 'MIXPLAYTIME' or 'MIXPLAYTEMP'.
🕒 Time carts
For the above to work, you need to ensure you have the time carts set up that PlayoutONE can automatically select from.
You will need to either create carts for each hour and minute, and PlayoutONE can stitch them together - or create individual carts for specific times on a 24-hour clock:

🌦️ Temperature carts
Temperature carts work for both Celcius and Fahrenheit, whichever your PlayoutONE setup is configured to use.
Cart UIDs start with 'TEMP' followed by the temperature value:
