Power Settings

For optimal performance with PlayoutONE, we recommend using our custom Windows Power Profile.

You can import this into windows by following the steps below:

1. Go to  C:\PlayoutONE\SQLConfiguration 

2. Run the  Import PlayoutONE Power Settings Template.bat

3. Open Windows Search, and type Power

4. Click Power Options

5. Choose PlayoutONE from the additional power plan.

We also recommend that you turn off any power savings settings related to your USB and Network Card as this can also problems should Windows decided to turn off power to either of these.
