Opening The Windows Sound Control Panel

To open the Windows Sound Control Panel:

  • Click the Windows Start Menu (Windows ICON in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen)
  • Type Control Panel
  • When the control panel opens, make sure you have selected Large Icons on the ViewBy drop-down (top right)
  • Click Sound to open the Sound Control Panel
  • From within the Sound Control Panel, you can view playback and recording devices.
