Unable to open a window
Sometimes Windows can have a bit of a wobble, and when you try to open a Window such as the Playlist/Log, Media Finder or Quick Keys it doesn't appear. This is due to Windows opening this Window on a screen that actually doesn't exist. There's an easy way to fix this though:
| Step | Description |
| 1 | Hover over the main PlayoutONE application icon on your taskbar ![]() |
| 2 | Right click on the top left corner of the window which you can't see ![]() |
| 3 | Choose the Move option ![]() |
| 4 | Press the left arrow key on your keyboard ![]() |
| 5 | Move your mouse (you'll now see the window will have snapped to your mouse) |
| 6 | Click in the location where you would like the window to be located, it will then snap to that location |
