Receive Alerts If Expired Audio Is Scheduled To Play

PlayoutONE Pro can send alerts if specific audio is scheduled to play but has an expiry date set preventing it so. This is ideal if you have a news cart that updates each hour and you wish to be alerted if that cart hasn't been updated. 

To subscribe to the alert for a specific piece of audio:

1. Go to the Edit Audio window for that piece of audio.
2. Go to the Options tab
3. Tick the box Alert If Item Has Expired
4. Set the amount in Minutes to be alerted before the item is set to play.
For example, if an item is set to play at 3 PM and you set the alert to 30minutes, you'll be alerted at 2.30 PM that the audio still has an expiry date on it.
