Service Status
We work as hard as possible to ensure our systems are reliable and available for you and your listeners whenever you need them.
However, technical issues can still occur and sometimes they occur for third party providers we rely on to deliver our service.
We know how frustrating problems can be and you want acknowledgement that we're aware of the issue and fixing it as soon as possible.
For this reason we have a Status Page - it's available on a dedicated address (status.aiir.com) which runs independently of our own systems so it should remain accessible even during a serious outage. We use it to notify you that we're aware of an issue, detail what the issue and what is affected and provide regular updates on when we can expect the service to return to normal.
In the event of issues accessing Aiir, it may be useful to bookmark the page so you can find out what the status of our systems are ahead of raising a support query about the problem you're experiencing.
