What is included with PlayoutONE support?

PlayoutONE Pro includes technical support for the duration of your contract with Aiir.

Aiir's support team are on hand to help PlayoutONE users resolve any technical issues they may encounter with the software.

However, when it comes to larger projects such as migrating data between servers, which take our team away from helping other users, charges may be incurred.

Only products developed and maintained by Aiir can be supported.

We cannot assist with configuring network routers, switches or other hardware beyond your PlayoutONE machines.

The support team is available via email at support@aiir.com.

Our regular support hours are:

  • Europe: Monday-Friday 9am-midnight (GMT)
  • North America: Monday-Friday 3am-6pm (Central)

If you are a PlayoutONE Pro customer and your station is off-air, emergency support is available outside these hours. Find out more...

Aiir can only provide support to PlayoutONE Pro customers whose accounts are in good standing (no overdue invoices).
