Importing a StationPlaylist library into Scheduler

When you first log in to Aiir Scheduler, you have the option to import your existing music library from a third-party scheduling system like StationPlaylist Creator.

Here is a step-by-step guide to the process (for StationPlaylist Creator v5 and later):

1. Launch StationPlaylist Creator and click on 'Track List'.

   
   

   

2. From there, select 'All Categories' on the right-hand side and double-click.

   
   

   

3. The entire library should show up. Highlight all your songs by clicking Ctrl+A.

   
   

   

4. Right-click and select 'Export all to Spreadsheet'.

   
   

   

5. Once you have a copy of your library file, go back to Aiir Scheduler and upload it. If you are during the initial setup process, you can do this at Step 5. If you already have a library, you can go to 'Settings' > 'Import a library'.

6. Select 'Other' as the library type and choose your CSV file from Radio.co.

   
   

   

7. Once imported, your library name will be obtained from the export file used to create it. You can customise this, your timezone, tempo categories and other settings for Aiir Scheduler.
