Integrating Live365 with PlayoutONE
Live365 monetization allows stations and audio producers to earn additional revenue from their content by replacing commercials with programmatic adverts targeted towards the person currently listening.
This allows linear radio stations to broadcast local adverts within their broadcast area, but anyone listening online can hear ads that are more relevant to them.
📻 Programmatic ad breaks
Once you have set up Live365, they will provide filler audio files which contain the metadata required to trigger commercial breaks.
These will be 30, 60, 90 or 120 seconds long. Live365 requires at least four minutes per hour.

📡 Configuring metadata
Live365 requires Now Playing metadata to be formatted with the artist's name before the track title. By default, PlayoutONE provides metadata the other way around.
However, it is easy to change your PlayoutONE setup to provide an alternate metadata output in the format required by Live365.
In Monitor, check your 'Audio Engine' output and change the format as required.
By default, the format will be:
%%Title%% %%-%% %%Artist%%
For Live365, change that to:
%%Artist%% %%-%% %%Title%%
