Importing a Myriad library into Scheduler
In Aiir Scheduler, you can import your existing music library from a third-party playout system like Myriad. Here is a step-by-step guide:
In Myriad, go to 'Reports' > 'Media Report'.
Search for the item type you wish to export (eg. "Song" or "Advert"), then select all items from the results below:
You can export a CSV for each item type, then combine them in Aiir Scheduler later.
- Go to the 'Report' menu and under 'Search Results', select 'Export results to CSV':
If you use Myriad AutoTrack for scheduling, there is a similar process to export a CSV file:

- Once you have a copy of your library file, go back to Aiir Scheduler and upload it. If you are completing the initial setup process, you can do this at Step 5. If you already have a library, you can go to 'Settings' > 'Import a library'.
Select 'Other' as the library type and choose your CSV file from Myriad.
The 'Other' option allows you to upload a CSV file, such as that produced by Myriad. - Once imported, your audio library from Myriad will be available to use in Aiir Scheduler.
- You can repeat steps 4-6 if you need to import multiple CSV files (one for music, one for non-music etc.)
