Scheduling commercial breaks

In Aiir Scheduler, you don't need to manually insert commands for your playout system to add a commercial break to your clocks.

Instead, you can click the three dots on the clock position above where you want the break to be inserted and press "Add a commercial break below".

You then need to specify an estimated duration and scheduled time. This doesn't have to be exact, but does need to match what is set in your commercial scheduling software. For example, if you have a break scheduled at xx:20, the contents of your xx:20 break from your traffic logs will be inserted, even if the break plays at xx:17 or xx:23.

These commercial breaks will then be converted to the commands required by your playout system when you export your logs. For example, with PlayoutONE Pro, these would be converted to TrafficMerge points.
