Using Aiir Connect to sync with Scheduler

This guide explains how to use Aiir Connect to bridge the gap between the Aiir platform and third-party automation systems. PlayoutONE Pro customers should follow these steps to sync with Scheduler.

Aiir Connect allows you to sync your automation system with Scheduler, easily importing music logs and exporting reconciliation reports (with supported automation systems).

On this page, we'll explain how to configure a Scheduler job in Aiir Connect and which systems are supported.

Creating a Scheduler job

After setting up your Aiir account, click the 'New' button at the top of the main Aiir Connect window to create a new job.

Then choose the "Scheduler" job type and switch to the Scheduler tab, where you can set the following options:

Station Output	The Station Output in Scheduler you want to sync with. This will determine options such as which automation system and time zone to use.
Music logs	Specify the folder where your automation system loads music logs from.
Reconciliation logs	Specify the folder where your automation system exports reconciliation files.
Reconciliation file	Specify how reconciliation files will be named. This will be pre-populated based on your automation system, but can be customized. Check with your automation provider before making changes here.

Aiir Connect will attempt to fetch updated music logs every five minutes, with reconciliation files exported at 4am each day.

Which automation systems are supported?

Aiir Connect allows us to provide some of the same great integrations we've created for users of PlayoutONE and Scheduler, but for other automation systems.

We'd like to work with as many as we can, but as each system works differently, some features are not currently available for some systems:
