Why isn't Isolation Mode available?

If you notice Isolation Mode is not available on your on-air PC, there may be several reasons.

Is the isolation database installed? Refer to our troubleshooting guide and contact Aiir Support if needed.
Is 'Replicate' enabled in Monitor? On your PlayoutONE server, go to Monitor > Station Settings > Options > Replication and ensure it is enabled.
