Searching your Scheduler library
Aiir Scheduler makes managing your station's audio library easier than ever.
Simply open the Library drawer on the left side of your Scheduler library, then press the Search (🔍) button.
You can either perform a search within the drawer if you wish to drag items to a category or clock, or press 'Expand' to perform a search from Scheduler's main window.
You can see everything in your library, or narrow the results down using search terms and filters.
Audio or artist filters will open a popover box containing parameters you can adjust based on the filter you have selected.
In the expanded search view, you can press "Columns" to choose which information is shown alongside search results. This preference is saved as a cookie in your browser, so it won't affect how other Scheduler users see search results.
You can also pin up to the first two columns so they stay visible on the left as you scroll through search results, so you always know what you're looking at.
You can sort search results by most columns by clicking the header, or selecting your preferred view from the Sort button at the top.
Multiple search results can be selected using Shift or Ctrl/Cmd and clicking; then you can perform actions including modifying your selected items as a mass change, exporting the selection as a CSV file, or deleting the selected items from your library.
